Packed in the previews in Platte Park today. Specifically duplexes in the $485-570k range. Yes, duplexes - several were just a stroll from darling S. Pearl St. and just a hop, skip and a jump from DU and Harvey Park. Quite a range of floor plans, ranging from open great rooms leading to the kitchen and dining area to segmented task rooms for study, dining, laundry, kitchen and mud room. With the long and tall use of space on these lots, a sky light can really make a skinny hallway feel warm and cozy when bathed in sunshine verses dark and cold.
